Day 6 – (Wednesday, May 8th) our fifth full day in Seoul
Today we cleaned up our Airbnb, found the recycling for the building and packed up and headed over to our new place for the next 8 days. Our building was next to the Namyeong subway station and very convenient to central Seoul and Myeongdong, Hongdae and everywhere else we were going. We were only 1 stop away from Seoul station.
Our new pad had an upstairs loft and a view of Namsan Tower. We were on the 15th floor and everything we could need was at street level. We were missing a few items (towels/slippers) so we went across the street to the Daiso and purchased items for our next week. Best of all, this nightly rate was about $45 a night.
After we got settled in, we went over to Myeongdong and visited the underground KPOP shops. Found some lightsticks we needed for our Stray Kids concert and a handful of albums. We had lunch at a place my UK friend recommended, she had seen it on The Return of Superman reality show.
